Biografy
Nino Gagliano is a chef and culinary consultant with an international career spanning over 10 countries. Born and raised in Naples, Italy, he began his training as a Chef at the Culinary School of Naples, where he studied for five years. His passion for gastronomy and Neapolitan tradition led him to specialize as a Neapolitan Pizza Instructor, combining practical and academic training.

Experiences
Throughout his career, Nino has worked in eleven countries across three continents, including Italy, Austria, Germany, France, England, Denmark, Norway (including Svalbard and the North Pole), Sweden, Brazil, and Bahrain.
In Sweden, he founded and managed the restaurant "Gagliano," which was recognized as the best Italian restaurant in southern Sweden. This accolade, awarded by the Italian Embassy in Stockholm and the Italian Chamber of Commerce, marked a pinnacle in his career, reflecting his dedication and passion for cooking.

Nino Gagliano has extensive experience in Nordic cuisine, having worked in high-end and luxury restaurants across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and the Svalbard Islands.
He served as a chef at the Ice Hotel in Kiruna, Lapland, and as Executive Chef at the Comfort Hotel in Bodø, located in the Lofoten Islands.
Culinary Mastery in the Nordic and Arctic Realms
Additionally, he gained experience aboard cruise ships, including the Trollfjorden of Hurtigruten, which was named the cruise with the most beautiful views in the world, navigating through Norway's stunning fjords up to the North Pole in Svalbard.
His expertise includes game meats such as moose, deer, and reindeer, Nordic fish, as well as traditional Nordic techniques for smoking and curing meats and fish
Mastering the Art of
Neapolitan Pizza
A certified instructor of Neapolitan Pizza and founder of a Neapolitan Pizza Academy, he trains pizzaioli in both Scandinavia and Brazil. His journey began in Naples, Italy—the birthplace of pizza—where he completed a specialized training course to master the art of authentic Neapolitan pizza.
Beyond teaching, he produced a documentary on Neapolitan pizza for the Italian Food Embassy, further establishing himself as a key figure in Italian and international food culture. Through the academy, he continues to share his passion and expertise with aspiring pizza makers around the world.
